Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and equipment to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information related to restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation, and customer service principles.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant certification or training in hospitality management is a plus.
