Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Marble Polish Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marble polishing, stone restoration, and maintenance. As a Marble Polish Worker at Confidential, you will be responsible for restoring, polishing, and maintaining marble and other stone surfaces. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Marble Polishing: Use specialized equipment and techniques to polish marble and other stone surfaces, restoring their shine and removing imperfections. Apply appropriate compounds and sealants to achieve the desired finish.
- Surface Restoration: Repair cracks, chips, and other damages in marble and stone surfaces. Use appropriate materials and tools to ensure a seamless repair.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the company’s quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct inspections to guarantee the proper finish and overall quality of the polished surfaces.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for marble maintenance and care. Address any customer concerns or questions professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and to the required standards. Coordinate with supervisors and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in marble polishing, stone restoration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of marble polishing equipment, techniques, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
