Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair. As an AC Technician at Confidential, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with air conditioning units, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install new air conditioning systems, including central air, ductless units, and other HVAC equipment. Ensure proper setup and configuration according to technical specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components. Replace filters and other parts as needed.
- Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, such as leaks, electrical faults, or mechanical problems. Provide effective solutions to restore system functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all HVAC operations. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and concerns. Explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. Provide recommendations for system upgrades or maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations. Complete service reports and other documentation as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC is preferred.
- Several years of experience as an AC Technician, with expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including central air, ductless units, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
