- Spa Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapies, tailored to the guest’s needs.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about treatments and answering questions.
- Consultations: Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess guest needs and preferences.
- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about spa products and recommend suitable retail products to guests.
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment schedules to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Promotion: Assist in promoting spa services and packages to guests.
- Compliance: Adhere to all spa protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Certification in spa therapy or a related field is required.
- Previous experience as a spa therapist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for promoting relaxation and well-being.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligibility to work in Qatar.
