- Order Picking: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements, utilizing handheld devices or order sheets.
- Dispatch: Prepare goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with the transport team for timely deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Identify and report any damaged or faulty items during the receipt or picking process.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety procedures, including the correct use of equipment and reporting any safety concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
