Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods and materials in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels using inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to optimize warehouse performance.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and quality checks to maintain the integrity of stored products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
