Job Description:
As a Civil Lab Engineer at Confidential, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of construction materials and processes on our projects. You will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing data, and providing technical expertise to ensure that our construction materials meet industry standards and project specifications. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials, including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that construction materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and equipment calibration.
- Stay updated on industry standards, testing methods, and best practices.
- Provide technical support during project planning, execution, and completion phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Lab Engineer in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials testing methods and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality construction materials.
