- Sales Generation: Actively engage customers to promote and sell products, achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that products are attractively displayed and shelves are well-stocked, contributing to an inviting shopping environment.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash and other payment methods efficiently.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to maintain an organized and well-stocked store.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
