Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to diners, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Table Setup: Prepare and set tables for service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of utensils, napkins, and glassware.
- Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently, adhering to established service standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and colleagues to ensure smooth service flow.
- Billing: Present bills, accept payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
