Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Waiters at our multi-cuisine restaurant in Dubai. As a Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill special requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain food hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing and familiarity with different cuisines is a plus.
- Valid food handling certificate is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other international languages are advantageous.
- UAE residency and eligibility to work in Dubai.
