Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on various construction projects.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising electrical technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Planning and coordinating electrical work schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Conducting inspections and quality checks to verify the accuracy and functionality of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
- Reviewing electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation and alignment with project requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of work activities, materials usage, and equipment maintenance to support project documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in electrical supervision roles, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate work activities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving electrical issues.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
