Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders, including senior management, functional teams, and external partners.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, track action items, and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project activities, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budget, expenses, and procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, life sciences, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency required.
