  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate service areas.
  • Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the relevant departments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for vehicle services and repairs, ensuring efficient scheduling of the service bays.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
