Job Description:
Confidential is currently seeking experienced and dedicated nurses to fill urgent positions in Qatar. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care practices.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a secure healthcare environment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license in the country of practice.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle emergency situations with composure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies and electronic medical records.
