We have an urgent need for Nurses to join our team in Oman. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans based on their needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition, and report any changes or abnormalities to the medical team.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, and provide support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards in all aspects of nursing practice.
- Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration in Oman.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach toward patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Oman.
