Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient condition, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization, by established protocols and standards of practice.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide first aid and CPR as needed.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations in all aspects of patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions and decision-making.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration from the Indian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
