Job Description:

OpenRoad Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Vancouver. As a Call Center Agent, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, helping us provide exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with a variety of automotive-related needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our vehicle models, features, promotions, and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our database for future reference.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales and service teams to provide customers with relevant information and support their automotive needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry terminology and products is an asset.
