Position Summary: Manpower Pooling is actively seeking Filipino candidates to join the hospitality industry in New Zealand. As Hotel Staff, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles within hotels, contributing to the guest experience and helping maintain the high standards of service and accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk: Provide warm and courteous welcome to guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and address guest inquiries.
- Housekeeping: Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are well-maintained, clean, and presentable.
- Food and Beverage: Assist in restaurant and bar operations, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service.
- Kitchen Staff: Work in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Event and Banquet Support: Assist in setting up and serving guests during events, conferences, and banquets held at the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all positions.
- Strong customer service skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
