Job Description:
We are currently seeking talented and passionate female baristas to join our team in Kuwait on an urgent basis. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages while providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking their orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operating espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Creating beautiful latte art to enhance the presentation of coffee drinks and delight our customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
- Providing recommendations to customers on coffee selections, based on their preferences and taste profiles.
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately using our POS system.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Valid work permit or residency status in Kuwait, if applicable.
