Job Description:
As a Female Cleaner at Confidential, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities and premises in Bahrain. Working under the supervision of a team leader, you will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties to ensure that all assigned areas are kept in pristine condition.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains.
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Emptying and cleaning waste bins and disposing of trash in designated areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and other transparent surfaces.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Following all health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhering to cleaning schedules, instructions, and standards set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English or Arabic; proficiency in both languages is a plus.
- Must be a female candidate due to specific client requirements.
