Al Nahrain Security and Safety is currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Company Driver in Sharjah. As a Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Transportation: Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials to designated locations in Sharjah and the surrounding areas. Follow predetermined routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Check fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and other essential components regularly and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles. Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.
- Security Awareness: Remain vigilant and alert to potential security risks or threats while driving. Follow security protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of theft, vandalism, or other security incidents.
- Client Service: Provide courteous and professional service to clients and passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other items as needed. Ensure that passengers are comfortable and safe throughout the journey.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the transportation coordinator, dispatchers, and other team members to coordinate schedules, routes, and logistics efficiently. Report any incidents, accidents, or delays promptly and accurately.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly and responsibly in the event of emergencies or accidents on the road. Follow established procedures for contacting emergency services, providing assistance to passengers, and managing the situation until help arrives.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities. Complete trip logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required by company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a company driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with Sharjah and the surrounding areas.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in security or safety-related industries is an advantage.
