Olympia Sports is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cleaners in Doha, Qatar. As Cleaners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our retail store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Store Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the retail store, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, replenish supplies such as soap and toilet paper, and ensure facilities are clean and presentable for customers and staff.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to keep them clean and free of debris, and ensure floor mats are placed at entrances to trap dirt and moisture.
- Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and display cases using appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure visibility and cleanliness.
- Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas, ensuring proper segregation and disposal according to waste management guidelines.
- Stockroom Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining cleanliness in stockrooms and storage areas, ensuring products are stored neatly and safely.
- General Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Customer Service Support: Provide assistance to customers and staff as needed, including helping with carrying items, locating products, and answering inquiries.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and dress code requirements.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination of cleaning tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 20 kilograms.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Reliability: Punctuality and reliability in attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
