Job Description:
BIG BRIDGE-LLC is urgently hiring Cleaners to join our team in Dubai. As a Cleaner, you will be an integral part of our facility management services, ensuring that our spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Sanitization: Follow established sanitization protocols to ensure that surfaces, equipment, and common areas are free from germs and contaminants.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and ensure that trash bins are emptied regularly.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure a hygienic and pleasant restroom environment.
- Adherence to Cleaning Standards: Follow company cleaning standards and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving cleaning equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English.
