Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including receiving payments and providing change to customers.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operation: Operate POS systems to process transactions and generate receipts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Transaction Verification: Verify the accuracy of transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the products/services offered to effectively assist customers.
- Security Measures: Adhere to security measures and protocols to prevent theft and ensure the safety of cash transactions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other cashier staff and retail associates to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cashier is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
