As a Cash Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive financial relationships and minimizing outstanding balances. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can communicate effectively and manage cash collections efficiently.

Work Experience:

- Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with debtors.
- Record and update payment status in the financial system.
- Prepare and send payment reminders to clients through various channels.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with debtors.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide regular updates on cash collection activities to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Cash Collector or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
