Responsibilities:
As an Unskilled Worker at JELD-WEN, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and construction processes. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Production Support: Assisting skilled workers in the manufacturing of doors and windows by operating machinery, handling materials, and performing assembly tasks.
- Construction Assistance: Providing on-site support to our construction teams by helping with tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Quality Control: Participating in quality control procedures by inspecting finished products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
