- Ability to keep simple records of the work done, as well as considerable ability in the use of a variety of hand and power tools linked to the job.
- Ability to respond to after-hours situations and have enough physical stamina, coordination, and strength to conduct heavy manual outside work in all weather conditions
- Must exercise independent judgment when carrying out tasks and require little supervision.
- Ability to drive light-duty vehicles and possess knowledge of and proficiency with tiny rollers, various power saws, jackhammers, oil sprayers, vibrators, and concrete mixers.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
A class 5 BC driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record is necessary.

ADVANCED INFORMATION
- This position will be open from Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
