Role Overview:

As a Typist at KLCR Investigations Pvt. Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation process. This position requires a meticulous and organized individual with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for transcribing reports, preparing documents, and maintaining records in a confidential and professional manner. Your contributions will support our investigative team in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Type and format reports, letters, and other documents from handwritten notes, audio recordings, and digital files. Ensure all documents are accurately transcribed and formatted according to company standards.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information into databases and case management systems. Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding data protection and privacy.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible. Archive old records in accordance with retention policies.
  • Communication: Assist in preparing and sending out correspondence to clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders. Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proofreading: Review and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors. Ensure that all content is clear, concise, and accurate.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to the investigative team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in typing, secretarial skills, or office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. A minimum of 60 words per minute (WPM) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
