Job Description:
Transworld Hotel Dubai welcomes applications from foreign candidates to join our team as Hospitality Staff. As a member of our international team, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of service and ensuring our guests have an extraordinary and comfortable stay.

- Assist guests with luggage handling and arrange transportation as required.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to meet guest needs and requests.
- Maintain the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with patience and a focus on resolution.
- Safeguard guest information and belongings with the utmost confidentiality and security.
- Comply with stringent safety and security protocols and report any incidents or issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
