- Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Visitor Assistance: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees.
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities.
- Surveillance: Use surveillance systems to monitor premises and detect suspicious activities.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required – Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
