Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Steel Fabricators to join our team in Bahrain. The Steel Fabricators will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing steel structures and components according to project specifications and blueprints. This role requires expertise in metalworking, welding, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel fabrication, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Steel Fabrication: Fabricate steel components and structures according to project blueprints and technical specifications, using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Welding: Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join steel parts and ensure strong, durable connections.
- Cutting and Shaping: Use cutting tools, such as saws and plasma cutters, to cut and shape steel to the required dimensions.
- Assembly: Assemble steel structures and components, ensuring proper alignment and fitting of parts.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet company standards and project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other fabricators, welders, and engineers to complete projects on time and to specification.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fabrication work, including completed tasks, material usage, and project timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication-related issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training or certification in metalworking, welding, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in steel fabrication or metalworking.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and fabrication tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
