Position Summary:

Confidential is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Continuously evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans. Provide guidance on post-discharge care and promote health and wellness practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions and support. Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training.
  • Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff. Promote best practices in hygiene and infection prevention.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and education to stay current with advancements in nursing practice and healthcare. Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Compliance: Ensure all nursing activities comply with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies. Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Proven experience as a staff nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
