Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for social media campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
- Tailor content to suit different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive online community and manage customer feedback.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and reach.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
