Skilled Labors, Confidential is seeking hardworking and reliable Skilled Laborers to join our team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks in support of construction, maintenance, or production projects. This role requires a broad set of skills, including the ability to operate machinery, use hand tools, and follow safety protocols. The ideal candidate is adaptable, physically fit, and experienced in construction or a related field.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction tasks, including excavation, demolition, framing, and concrete work.
- Operate machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, backhoes, and power tools, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of structures, equipment, or machinery.
- Follow project plans and blueprints, working with supervisors and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, wearing appropriate protective gear at all times.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, removing debris and hazards.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, to complete tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to learn new skills and stay updated on safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar skilled labor role.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction practices.
- Physical strength and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in challenging conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
