Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items or services.
- Order Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the establishment, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring that all items are available and fresh.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor if necessary.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
