Wee Seng Marine & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is in search of a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Supervisor to oversee and lead critical marine engineering and ship repair projects. As a Senior Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, adherence to safety standards, and the overall satisfaction of our clients.

- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, taking proactive measures to optimize project efficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in ship repair and marine engineering, offering solutions to challenges that may arise during projects.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress, including reports, schedules, and relevant records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in marine engineering and ship repair projects, with a proven track record of successful project supervision.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Safety Conscious: A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety in all project activities.
- Project Management Certification: PMP or similar certification is a plus.
