Enshaat Al Sayer is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Estimation Engineer, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all estimates reflect the project scope, specifications, and client requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control techniques, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Bid Preparation: Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with client requirements.
- Project Analysis: Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project scope and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services. Maintain an updated database of costs and suppliers.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates. Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and cost considerations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analysis to senior management and clients. Provide recommendations based on cost data and project insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in construction technology, and best practices in cost estimation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction cost estimation, with a proven track record of successful project bids and cost management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost control techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make accurate calculations.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and reports.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCP) are a plus.
