Duni AB Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Customer Support team in Sweden as a Senior Customer Support Agent. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing guidance to junior team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience.   • Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
