- Report Writing: Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining thorough records of security-related activities and observations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with fellow security personnel, company staff, and external authorities as necessary.
- Security Procedures: Adhere to security protocols, policies, and procedures, and assist in enhancing security measures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid Security Guard license or certification is a plus.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and the capability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
