- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism to create a positive first impression.
- Promote the resort’s services and activities, including Northern Lights tours, snow-based adventures, and accommodation options.
- Provide detailed information to guests about the various packages and activities available.
- Listen to guests’ needs and preferences, helping them choose the best experiences tailored to their desires.
- Assist guests in making bookings and reservations via our booking system.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure guests’ requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Continuously educate yourself about the resort’s offerings, local attractions, and the Northern Lights phenomenon.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience is required; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including foreigners.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the unique environment of Lapland.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with booking and reservation systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in Finland.
