Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Sales: Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, staying updated on new arrivals and special promotions.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Sales Reporting: Accurately record sales transactions and contribute to daily sales reports.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and attitude.
