Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
  • Sales: Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, staying updated on new arrivals and special promotions.
  • Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately record sales transactions and contribute to daily sales reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
