Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect new clients and opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and payment of orders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
