Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create detailed design plans and presentations to effectively communicate ideas to clients.
- Oversee the preparation of design proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with other departments, including production and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales design role, with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
