- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales area.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism.
- Stay informed about product trends and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
