Job Description:
As a Restaurant Team Member at Nando’s Chickenland Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and energetic team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome and assisting them with seating and menu selection.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Preparing and cooking food items to order, including grilling chicken, assembling burgers, and plating sides.
- Ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented according to Nando’s standards for quality and consistency.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including cleaning tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
- Providing information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests and answering any questions they may have.
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and contactless payments.
- Following all food safety and hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and employees.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
