As a Restaurant Server at PromoQ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your friendly and attentive service will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests, provide menus, and offer recommendations on food and beverages.
- Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently take orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all orders meet our quality standards and presentation expectations.
- Billing: Present bills, accept payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Cleanliness: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes.
- Menu Knowledge: Stay updated on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
Requirements and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Physical fitness, as the role may involve standing and walking for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
