- Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately processes guest orders, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure clean and organized dining areas, set up tables, and assist in clearing dishes.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or special requests with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Upselling: Encourage guests to explore additional menu items or promotions to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional language skills, including Swedish, are a plus.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
