Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor at Al Ghazal Golf Club, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operations of our dining establishment. Working closely with the management team, you will lead a group of service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise and guide the service team, assigning duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate objectives, menu updates, and special promotions.
- Provide ongoing training to team members, enhancing their product knowledge and service skills.
- Service Excellence:
- Monitor service quality, ensuring adherence to established service standards and protocols.
- Coordinate table assignments and ensure timely seating, taking into consideration reservations and walk-ins.
- Assist the team during peak hours to maintain efficient service flow.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Oversee table turnovers and maintain a balanced workload among service staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Upselling and Revenue Generation:
- Train the team in upselling techniques, promoting additional items and specials to enhance revenue.
- Monitor suggestive selling practices to increase average check amounts.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitized dining environment.
- Respond to any health and safety concerns promptly and take appropriate actions.
- Shift Management:
- Organize and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Handle any unforeseen staffing issues or emergencies effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale systems and technology.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
