Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Help with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to achieve department goals.
- Provide support during audits and tax filings.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, practices, and software applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
