The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide support to various departments as needed, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure all visitors comply with security procedures.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
